• A customer web-portal that is used to set up the applications, book workshops in advance, make purchases, and manage users of your company (admins, registrars, managers, etc.)
• An end-user portal that allows users to access their virtual machine using a simple java-based installation procedure
• A backend service that makes everything happen transparently
• A support team that will help you with all your needs

The backend service is a number of applications that perform several important jobs.

• Start the terminal server and configure it with the usernames for your end-users. This includes setting up RSA certificates for the connection to the terminal server, and from the terminal server to the individual servers. New certificates are created for every session. This ensures that no one can gain access to your servers.
• The terminal server is also set up so that one (or multiple) persons can view the end-user's screens and interact with them.
• Checks the schedule then starts and stops your virtual machines on time.
• The actual virtual machines for your customers are inaccessible from the internet. They can only be accessed from within the group and from the terminal server, which is part of the group.
