Our Flexi-plans are our pay-as-you-go plans. You pay an hourly rate for the resources you need. The rate includes network traffic, support and permanent storage fees.

Please note that we have additional Flexi plans for memory configurations up to 68 GB - contact us to find something that better meets your needs.

Token Packages

Tokens are purchased in packages. The following packages are available:

Setup / Starter Kit

Our setup includes getting your application(s) on to our platform, and taking care of any other custom requirements. This package is only needed once.

Required for all Flexi plans.
For up to 5 hours of IT consultant time.
Includes 100 tokens.

These packages are offered exclusively to commercial enterprises.

Terms of Use

Tokens

A token is the unit charged for an hour of compute time per server (with the Flexi 1 rate). A partial hour is rounded up to one hour. Let's say you have set up a demo, and you have customers A, B and C evaluating your application on 3 different virtual servers. A uses 1:15 hours, B 2:10 hours and C 3:20 hours. The total number of tokens consumed will be 9 (for Flexi 1), because each server is counted separately.

Traffic

The above prices are intended for servers used in a training or demo environment. The included traffic assumes a typical setup where most of the data transfered is "display data".

Each token includes up to 1 GB of traffic. For a typical 10 hour workshop this results in 10 GB of data, which should be more than enough, due to the fact that the display data is compressed and highly optimized. Should your application require more bandwidth, you may be charged for the additional bandwidth.

Support

Email support is provided to each customer buying a Flexi pack. The Setup/Starter Kit includes phone support in order to get your application(s) online.

Flat

Our flat rates are for customers that have a higher need for compute resources, and who know that they will always have a minimum requirement of hours. When you choose one of the rates below, you are locking in a certain machine type and operating system. This is why the larger packages come with considerable discounts compared to the Flexi packs.

Apart from the packages listed below, we offer memory configurations of up to 68 GB.

The packages below include network traffic, support and permanent storage fees.

Should your application require more, you may be charged for the additional bandwidth.

Support

Email support is provided with our flats at no limit. Phone support is provided for up to 5 incidents per month. The Setup includes additional phone support in order to get your application(s) online.
